Optima wins at AIS Awards 2011

Optima Products has yet again proved its position as clear market leaders in partitioning systems at the Association of Interior Specialists (AIS) 2011 Awards by securing two awards in the partitioning category.

The AIS Contractors Awards are presented annually to promote and encourage high levels of craftsmanship across seven categories. Within the partitioning category, Moda Interiors won Gold for its installation at One Snow Hill, Birmingham and Optima Contracting won the Silver award for its installation at Lockton, a leading private equity firm. Both projects feature Optima’s Revolution 97 partitioning system.

In addition, a fit out project for consumer products group PZ Cussons won an award for contractor Premier Solutions. This project also featured partitioning from Optima.

The awards follow last year’s success which saw Optima Contracting and Moda Interiors both win Gold Awards in the categories of over £100k and up to £100k respectively.

“We are delighted that yet again the pedigree of Optima’s partitioning systems have been recognised at the AIS Awards,” commented Christian Mabey, National Sales and Marketing Manager for Optima. “The success at both this year’s and last year’s AIS Awards is testimony to the quality of the product as well as the standard of workmanship that we insist upon from our installers.”

Moda Interiors is a member of the Optima Premier Network Platinum Dealers. Comprehensively skilled at installing Optima’s product range, all members of the Network must undergo a rigorous vetting process, ensuring they meet the most exacting standards of workmanship, Health & Safety and sustainability.

OPTIMA LAUNCHES INNOVATIVE NEW IPAD APP

Optima, the UK’s leading partition specialist, has launched the industry’s first ever iPad app to provide a fast and efficient way to present the company’s products to its ever-growing customer base.

The initiative provides iPad users with instant access to extensive technical guides and manuals detailing Optima’s wide range of products and systems. Instead of searching through various printed brochures, the app will offer full designer guides, marketing brochures, featured Optima projects, interactive 3D product explorer, project videos and animations as well as a full product gallery – all in one place.

Optima’s National Sales & Marketing Manager, Christian Mabey said, “This is an exciting and inventive way for Optima Systems to present our core products and company values towards our clients. We want the clients to benefit from the simplicity and enjoyment that comes with presenting Optima through a native app.”

Designed to provide exceptional usability, Optima’s iPad app is ideal for use in client-facing business meetings. Rather than searching through a series of printed brochures and sales material, the slick interface promotes fast and efficient access to Optima’s core product offering for a smoother product presentation. Initially only available to Optima’s sales team, a full version of the app will be made available for clients to download directly.

Whenever sales material is changed or updated, as with the launch of a new brochure or product, the new app can be easily updated with a simple touch of the screen. By installing regular updates, the user can ensure it displays correct, up-to-date information and pricing, as well as the very latest product offering from Optima.

Optima promotes environmentally ethical practices and has implemented a series of initiatives to reduce the impact its activities have on the environment. The release of a USB version of its Designer Guide, saw Optima shortlisted for the CMA (Construction Marketing Awards) 2010 in the category of ‘Best use of Technical Information’.

With the launch of the new iPad app, Optima has provided yet another eco-friendly way to present the company’s products. This will reduce its reliance on printed brochures and sales material, as well as providing a stylish, alternative way to present its market leading product offering to clients.
